Commercial Build Process

Meet

Initial Meeting with Toland Commercial Team to discuss client wants and needs as well as budget. Based on this meeting Toland will recommend an architect and engineers for your project.

Site Visit

Site visit by Toland project manager and owners to familiarize ourselves with your desired location.

Design Phase

Meet with Architect, engineers and Toland project managers/ owners to begin schematic design phase of project. This will produce sketches and or preliminary drawings of your build for review and comment.

Design Completion

Once schematic design is complete and owners as well as Toland team agree the design fits the needs of the client and is within the budget range, architect and engineers will move forward to produce stamped drawings for hard bids and construction.

Closing

Upon completion of final pricing if all parties are in agreement we will draft and execute a contract and move forward with construction.

Build Today

*Prior to contract the client will only be responsible for incurred costs of architecture and engineering fees related to their project. An estimate of these fees based on the size and scope of project will be provided to the client.
