Welcome to the Toland Construction warranty page! Please read through the notes on this page, and then submit your information in the form at the bottom of the page if you have a warranty concern.

A few reminders:

• The Toland Construction warranty program is spelled out in detail on Exhibit E of your purchase agreement. Please refer to that document for exclusions and limitations.
• The builder warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of closing.
• Appliances and mechanical equipment are covered under the manufacturer’s warranties, and as such, do not fall within the scope of the builder warranty. Please ensure that you’ve registered your items with the manufacturer, and contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting or service.
• Landscaping is not included in the builder warranty.
• Cosmetic items such as nail pops and separation of trim at caulk joints will be addressed one time within the 12-month period after closing. We recommend letting the house go through all 4 seasons before addressing these cosmetic concerns.
